Oliver Browne, Carla Dundes and Kathy Fallon have been playing together informally at ceilis and sessions in Pittsburgh for the past five years, and enjoyed it so much they decided to form “The Rolling Scones”, a traditional irish music band. They have performed at the Pittsburgh Irish Fest, Mullaney’s Harp & Fiddle, and for many Irish events, private parties and weddings.

l  Oliver, born and raised in Dublin, grew up surrounded by traditional Irish  music and learned from the great Kerry fiddler, Denis Murphy.  Oliver is also fiddler with the well-known Pittsburgh Irish band, Hooley.

l Carla moved to Pittsburgh six years ago from Cincinnati, where she performed and recorded with the band, Silver Arm.  Originally a professional oboe player, she's now an ardent whistle player, and has most recently taken up the Irish flute.

l Kathy, on guitar, bouzouki and vocals, is originally from Pittsburgh. She lived in Kansas City for a number of years and was active in their Irish music scene.  Kathy also spent a year traveling and performing in Wales, and has long been involved in arts in education programs. She also performs in the local contra dance band, The Hot Toddies.
